AR Review:

AR: Moshiul rework IQ spec to describe new level numbering scheme.
  - Done

Opens for new items:

In a brief review of the recent IBIS Summit Mike pointed out that in the
IBIS Quality presentation he had inserted a new level 1, which is
"passes ibischk".

There was some confusion over the meaning of the "X" suffix. Whereas the
"M" and "S" suffixes denote the passing of measurement and simulation tests,
the "X" suffix does not specify an additional test. It means that the file
contains notes on eXceptions to the checks performed.

Bob asked how to organize IQ check descriptions by topic.
One suggestion was to incorporate one of Roy's tables.

Mike asked if [Receiver Thresholds] is widely implemented yet. IQ has a check:
"4.2.18 {OPTIONAL} [Receiver Thresholds] Vth, Vth_min and Vth_max complete"
This was designed for DDR2 parts, and should be optional. Maybe a better
term is "Where Applicable", which could be abbreviated "W/A".
This is an IBIS 4.0 syntax. MGC software may be at 4.1 now.
We might discuss this again 2 meetings from now.
